Our current goal is to reduce the number of unwanted animals through an aggressive Spay / Neuter Program. Working closely with the veterinary clinics PINS helps owners and adopters who need financial assistance to spay and neuter their pets. New Spay/Neuter Program PINS will pay $30 toward cat and $40 toward dog spays and neuters for Meade County residents. The owner pays the remainder. For cats and dogs adopted from the Meade County Shelter, PINS will pay $30 for a cat and $40 for a dog toward the spay/neuter. The owner pays the remainder.
