July, 2000 PINS participated in the 2000 Meade County Fair with a float in the parade and a booth. The float finished 2nd in the voting!

| Meade County Fair
July, 2005 PINS had a float in the 2005 Meade County Fair Parade themed "Chillin' with Da Pooches." The float even had real dogs (courtesy of Melinda and Wayne Greenwell) and a swimming pool filled with water for the pooches.

Although we won no ribbons
this hot day, the 12 volunteers who created the float and participated
in the parade had a wonderful time "chillin with da pooches."
