PINS held a Grand Opening Reception and Open House to celebrate the opening of the newly renovated Meade County Animal Shelter. The Grand Opening was held in conjunction with National Animal Shelter Appreciation Week. It was hard to believe that the facility that had once been so wretched was now the site of a gracious buffet!
