PINS held a very popular wreath festival in December.   Many volunteers designed and built wreaths that were on display in the Courthouse all week. On the final day of the festival, any unsold wreaths were auctioned off. 

PINS held their 2nd annual Wreath Festival in December. Volunteers designed and built wreaths that were displayed and sold in the Courthouse all week. 

PINS held their 3d annual Wreath Festival in the Meade County Court House. Entertainment was provided by the East-to-West Gospel Group.

PINS held their 4th Annual Wreath Festival in the Meade County Court House. Many volunteers designed and built wreaths and swags that were available in the Courthouse all week.  Entertainment was provided by the Meade County High School Madrigals. 

PINS held their 5th Annual Wreath Festival in the Meade County Courthouse. Volunteers designed and built wreaths, decorated trees and many other handmade holiday items displayed for sale in the Courthouse all week.

The hundreds of beautiful snowflakes decorating the Courthouse corridors were made for PINS by Meade County  schoolchildren. 

PINS welcomed the public to a 'Beary Merry Christmas' in the Meade County Court House. Entrance to the Courthouse was decorated with a polar bear sitting on top of an igloo, designed and created by workers at the Meade County Solid Waste and Recycling Center.  Popular items were Kitchen Angel Towels and Lighted Blocks.
